Lynette Frieden, a retired chiropractor, was born in Australia.  She developed an interest in how the body works at an early age.  Because of health challenges in her own family, she was drawn to studying health and healing. Her first formal training was in chiropractic.  She graduated from the Palmer College of Chiropratic, and was a licensed practioner in Australia for more than 20 years. Over the years she expanded her knowledge with particular interest in the energetic side of healing, involving body, mind and spirit.  Lynette no longer practices chiropratic, she specializes in energy tehcniques that rebalance energy fields, re-establish homeostasis, and promote self-healing, including:  NES Health, Trinfinity8, and Reiki.

She met and married Dr. Richard Frieden, (also a retired Doctor of Chiropractic), her loving partner, and best friend.  Together with her husband, Dr. Richard, Lyn had a busy chiropractic practice in Australia for more than 20 years, and they practiced licensed chiropractic medicine for the past 23 years in Louisiana.

During Lyn's first 20 plus years in practice, she took many trips to the United States to further her studies in energy healing techniques.  She became certified in over ten energy techniques.

When she and her husband and three children moved to the United States in 1992, it made it easier for her to attend the various trainings in energy work.

When Lyn’s grandson Adam was diagnosed with autism in 2004, she knew she had to train to be a NES Health (Nutri-Energetics Systems) practitioner in order to treat him. (See story of his full recovery under Case Study on this website).

Now living in Bend, OR, to be closer to family, another opportunity has arisen to help people access self-healing via energy techniques.
